We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will give at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
If you have a complaint regarding our services, you can contact our Customer Service.
We shall send you a complaint acknowledgement by e-mail within 48 hours of receiving your complaint.
We shall provide you with an answer or resolution to your complaint within 7 calendar days. Should this not be possible due to unforeseen circumstances or lack of information, we will contact you.
If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you have the right to apply to the competent court for arbitration.
Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre ("HKIAC") in accordance with the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law ("UNCITRAL") Arbitration Rules for the time being in force.
The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be English.
